Description: In 1993, Sega was on top of the gaming world. Just four years later, the company, and its Saturn console, were in dire straits, struggling in a distant third place behind the powerhouse Nintendo 64 and the upstart Sony PlayStation. And yet Sonic the Hedgehog, the very series that had propelled Sega to such unbelievable heights just a generation before, was nowhere to be found. This is the story of the only Sonic game the team that bore his name would ever make for Sega's 32-bit console, and much like the Saturn itself, it's been uncelebrated and under-appreciated ever since. Same as my OG Sonic series, pretty much every remix I used here came from NicoCW/Dr. Reverbnik: youtube.com/c/NicoCW youtube.com/channel/UCGfN122qHyZu68JypmKiCbg Quinton Reviews does great work! I knew almost nothing about iCarly, and now I feel like I know more than I ever wanted to: youtube.com/watch?v=dGhDiEt0rSQ Back TGC on Patreon: patreon.com/GeekCritique Twitch: twitch.tv/GeekCritique Facebook: facebook.com/GeekCritique Twitter: twitter.com/TGCritique
